Quick band trip to Fukushima for some shows.

Driving towards the venue our host explains the group of eight Ferrari’s driving by us on the highway. After the 2011 earthquake and tsunami that devastated the area, the government secretly handed out huge sums of hush money to survivors. These people who had in some cases lost everything (houses, family members, community, etc) were given loads of money as compensation for their losses. What else to do but buy a Ferrari? I can't judge. But still, knowing that set a weird mood on the weekend.

One of our shows was to perform on a stage setup for a local festival. There was lots to photograph. 

Best memory of the trip happened when I found a run down camera shop. Popped inside out of instinct and found a mint Konica Big Mini for 3,790yen (approx 40USD). Dreams do come true kids!

The bright sun makes the Kodak Ektar just shine. I love these colors.
